vnxe3150 problem

Hi

I have some big issue with my Vnxe3150 storage. It happen after power loss and when it boots up, rear indicators shows:

SP POWER LED (down for SPA)

SP unsafe to remove LED (black with white hand flashes)

on SPB:

CRU fault LED (amber and blue flashing for 1 sec)

SP unsafe to remove LED (not flashing)

Cant connect via management port. All datastores unavailable from ESX (Vmware 5.5 )

Can i create flash drive with new ip of storage with Connection Utility ?

What happened to my storage ?

Service request already on.
