VNXe1600 & 32000 Symmetric Active/Active ??
Hi i cannot find any about if the 2 newest VNXe models 3200 & 1600 i running Symmetric Active/Active like VNX2 series
Anyone can tell ?

Both the VNXe1600 and VNXe3200 run the MCx OE utilizing pool based LUNs, so host access is asymmetric active/active. VNX2 arrays support RAID group based LUNs and pool based LUNs, and RAID group based LUNs are symmetric active/active from a host perspective.

Asymmetric active/active LUN access (ALUA) is the mechanism in the SCSI protocol that determines which paths should be used. All paths on the VNXe are active, however the SP LUN owner's paths are shown as active/optimized, and the non-owning SP paths are shown as active/non-optimized. See the attached picture, where SPB is the LUN owner.
