VNXe Powerdown

We are scheduled to shut the VNXe 3100 for a major maintenance in the DC.

We do not have the service password to shutdown the device remotely.

1) can we run the shutdown command from Admin account?

2) Can we physically shutdown the storage without impacting the power up process?
