Is this actually a VNX and not a VNX2? There is a VNX 5200, but I have not heard of a VNXe 5200.

When you have failed disks, in this case, three failed disks, you can not just replace the disks without first determining which raid groups the disks failed disks belong to. If you try to replace more than one disk in a single raid group, you could lose all data.

If you've removed the three failed disks, be sure that you have labeled which DAE and slot location the disks were originally in, you may need to put those disks back in the slot they can out of.

In the VNX 5200, there is a utility called Unisphere Service Manager (USM) that has a section for replacing failed disks. I recommend that you use that Utility to help replace the disks - it will warn you if you are replacing the wrong disk or attempting to replace more than one disk in the same raid group.
