VNXe 3300 upgrade firmware

I have a Dell/EMC2 VNXe 3300 Storade device with current firmware version 2.4.4.22283.

This version works on Flash Player technology what makes difficult to use it now (adobe flash player is deprecated). As I know, the new firmware version of my product uses HTML5. But there is no files for download at it's support page on Dell's website.

How can I get this firmware?

Unfortunatelly there is no available downloads below your link even if I logged in. Or did I someshing wrong?

If there any else way to get the firmware?

No. And I can't do this via dell.com web-site "My Product and Services" tab because my service tag\serial number \Device ID not accepted (it has too much numbers\sybmols).

I'd like to register my Dell\EMC Storage Device but I don't know how and I'll be thankful for any help.

Is the vnxe attached to the account that you logged in with?

How can I get these customer and order numbers? It seems that my device was purchased about 8 years ago (and I work here less than a year).

Unfortunatelly I don't have any purchase documents. Is there any other ways to register my device or get software update for it?

Can you help me with it?

Can you try adding by customer and order number? If not you may need to contact phone support.
