vnxe 3200 3.1.10 to 3.1.17

I cannot seem to find any notes that says you cannot go from 

3.1.10 directly to 3.1.17. Is that a safe fw update?

Also, does 3.1.17 switch over to HTML 5?

3.1.10 was supposed to but clearly does not.
