Data bits: 8

Stop bits: 1

Parity: None

Flow control: None

1.       Login through SSH as: service

2.       Once logged in to the VNXe input the command: svc_diag --state=basic

3.       Record IP address next to Unisphere IP address(es)

I'm not sure how I'd do that I don't have an IP... sorry.

Do you know the Part number for the serial cable? The one I'm using doesn't seem to be working.

Here is the EMC Part#038-003-084 for the serial cable for your VNXe3150.

I found a 038-003-752. Will that work or is it pinned differently?
