VNXe 3150 - File (CIFS) over direct access
Hi All,
We are in the middle of a rollout of Windows 10, and with that moving away from VPN to Microsoft Direct Access. Users are reporting an issue when access file shares hosted on our VNXe3150s, they cannot access the share when they are external, however have no problem accessing the same share internally.
Permissions are all OK, and altering them has no effect.
Other EMC VNX & Unity products do not experience the same issue nor do Windows File servers.
Does anyone else have a similar issue? Or any pointers, we're not getting very far with support unfortunately.

I would suggest to follow up with support
If you can provide network traces it should be possible to figure out
Especially if you can provide a trace from the same client and user to a Unity/UnityVSA vs. a VNXe 3150
Make sure you have the latest VNXe OE installed for the 3150
