VNXe 1600 storage full problem

Hi,

We are facing problem with vnxe1600. We have configured 1 pool and created 2 luns and the luns are connected to 2 servers. 13.7 TB is usable capacity for pool and 12.1 TB is used but our actual data on server is 4.75 TB on EMC drives on both servers. Snapshots was configured.  We disabled snapshots to get more free storage . We have changed the lun Host Acces from LUN and Snapshot to LUN only but still EMC is showing 12.1 TB used. How can we deleted the snapshot data or the data which is not in our servers EMC drives.
