VNX5400 - Initialize Security: Unknown exception occurred

Hello, after a lot of research, you are my last chance.

I purchased a second-hand VNX5400 and I have an issue to initialize security. I have below error:

Both SP are reachable and can discuss each other. I have no SSH access, my connection is reset each time I try. I also tried to reboot the VNX, but the error is still present.

Can you help me to solve this issue? Their is a way to bypass this security initialization? Is it possible to reset the VNX configuration using naviseccli?
