VNX5200 Unified SNMP Trap Test Question

Hi, 

I logged into the Unisphere VNX Client and went to System > Monitoring and Alerts > Notifications for File menu.

Then, I changed the currently configured trap IP.

After reconnecting the CS MGMT cable, I SSHed into the CS serial port and performed an SNMP trap test.

Why does the following occur?

Please, help me.

Which OE version are you running? Did you reboot the SP?

Hello,

The Block software version is 05.33.009.5.184, and the File software version is 8.1.9-184.

A month ago, I rebooted the NAS using the "/nas/sbin/nas_halt now" command.

When you rebooted the SP did you get any error messages?

No, no error message occurred.

Why did it occur during the trap test?
However, the SNMP server generated the "test SNMP traps" message normally.

Hello SDH1,

It is hard to say why you received the error without looking at the logs.

No Events found!
