vnx5200 - SPA IO Module 2 Resume Prom Read failed
Hello, VNX5200, no support. After turning off the power, the fault indication appeared on the storage system. This does not affect the work. The storage system is fully functional. Looked through the entire hardware. In the event log, I found an error on the IO module: SPA IO Module 2 Resume Prom Read failed. Status: CHECKSUM_ERROR. But the module itself and all ports on it are working fine. And this module is not marked as fault. I am attaching screenshots. I ask for advice on how to reset this error.

I will continue. I checked the storage system using diagnostics in USM. No errors found.

Hello uvarovnick,
Looking at the output all looks ok. If you reboot the SP one at a time do you get the error again?

Hello DELL-Sam L, Yes, I rebooted SP one by one. But the situation has not changed. A reboot with power off may be required.

Hello uvarovnick,
You can try that to see if that will clear the error. I would also try to reseat the cables on the SP as well.
