VNX5200 Installation

Hi,

This is my first time touching this type of assets. Ex-leased machine's returned and now we want to keep this for HDD bulk wiping.

I have VNX5200 installation guide sheet and was following the instruction. But few issues having as below.

1. After plug LAN cable and power cable, VNX5200 DPE boots up and I ran Unisphere Storage System Initialization. It says, this machine has already initialized and having different IP address and Subnet with our company ones. How this can be solved?

2. Also tried using VIA and it requires Control station.

I connected Control station to the network and booted but the OS was already wiped. On the forum, people say Control station OS needs to be installed by DELL technician. Is it correct? If I can, where can I download OS image and how can I set it up?
