VNX5200 firmware updating

Hello everyone. I'm trying to update my VNX5200 from 05.33.000.5.081 to 05.33.021.5.322. When i try to do this i get the following error:

List of packages not installable because either one or more packages are required to be installed at the same time or incompatible with already installed packages:
VNX-Block -Operating-Environment
Internal Package: Base

In this article i found a solution that might help me. The solution was to install the KB488877-01.01.5.001-armada64_free.ndu which allows VNX5200 to work with SHA-2. But after installing the update my problem isn't solved.

What else can i do to install the 05.33.021.5.322 firmware on my VNX5200 ?

Hello MaxPower1,

You will need to upgrade to 05.33.009.5.238 first then you can upgrade to the latest.

Here is the link to VNXblock 05.33.009.5.238 https://dl.dell.com/downloads/FF20C_VNX-Block-Operating-Environment-05.33.009.5.238.pbu

@DELL-Sam L hi

I tried to install 05.33.009.5.238 on my VNX 5200, but I still get the same error. Do I need to install an older upgrade, or is there something else I need to do?

Hello MaxPower,

I would try to install an older update. Do you have any faults or errors on your VNX5200?

@DELL-Sam L

I'll try installing the older updates. Is there a roadmap for updating the VNX 5200, or is there something else that could help me find the necessary update?

I have errors telling me that I have a problem with my BBU (Bus 0 Enclosure 0 BBU A - Faulted; Bus 0 Enclosure 0 BBU B - Faulted; Bus 0 Enclosure 0 - Faulted.). I found an article that said I could try updating my VNX 5200 before replacing my BBUs. So now I'm trying to update my VNX 5200 before replacing both BBUs.
