VNX5200 Block to Unified Upgrade

Having a strange issue as I getting prepared for a Block to Unified Upgrade on a VNX5200.

Currently, the Block OE is 5.33.009.5.155 and I have uploaded the FILE_OE to the VNX via USM, version 8.1.9.155. After running a Systems Readiness Check I am getting an action required with the following:

The current VNX OE for Block and the Block-to-Unified File OE (File_OE-8.1.x.xx.pbu) revisions are not in the same release(i.e., the Block vs. File packages are not compatible).

Action Update the VNX OE for Block and the corresponding VNX Block-to-Unified File OE (File_OE-8.1.x.xx.pbu) to the same release. Make sure the VNX OE for Block is committed. You can check the release information and download VNX software via the "Download VNX Software Updates wizard" in the Unisphere Service Manager.

Current VNX OE Revision

VNX OE for Block VNX           Block-to-Unified File OE

05.33.009.5.155                       8.1.9.155

Latest VNX OE Revision

VNX OE for Block VNX           Block-to-Unified File OE

05.33.009.5.186                       8.1.9.211

I know for a fact that the File OE 8.1.9.155 matches the Block OE. What could be causing this message? Is it possible it is because there is a newer Block OE firmware update? I cannot upgrade to that firmware level yet because we have 3 (separate) VNX's in the environment and need to keep everything on the same code level. It's on the roadmap to upgrade the code to the latest release but not any time soon.
