VNX1: Pre-installation validation check on an array running Block OE 05.32.000.5.225

I've a VNX5300 for Block and with OE 05.32.000.5.225 I've this bug KB000515099

Cannot retrieve peer Storage Processor’s SPCollects, or see peer Storage Processor’s

Events, logs and NAR files, or display certificates from within the Unisphere GUI

The problem is fixed with OR.249 but When I try to upgrade the VNX with USM it fails for the same bug!

I also try to follow the KB000517093

Before performing an NDU on an array running Block OE 05.32.000.5.225, connect to each SP individually and perform

the pre-installation validation check on both SPs. Proceed with the NDU only after you have confirmed that the

pre-installation validation check passes on each SP.

but that Workaround doesn't work for me.

I can upgrade this VNX?

There are some method to bypass the pre-checkvalidation?  There ara some method to upgrade on SP at time from the console?
