Looking at the picture that you posted it looks like there could be an issue with the file that you are using.  I would first try and download it again and see if you get the same error message.

If your system is under a support contract, I would open a case.  The issue that you are facing is that there is a large file that needs to be removed so that the upgrade can start. You will need to look from both SP’s to see what files they are and then remove them so that you can proceed with the upgrade.   There is a KB for this however it is restricted to support only.
