You also need Unisphere Service Manager (available from the same link above) to install the upgrade. And it depends on whether it's a block-only or a unified VNX. Unified needs the File OE upgraded first. USM should be able to guide you through it.

From page 119 it tells you how to update it.

You need to download and install Unisphere Service Manager (USM) to your PC/Laptop. This tool applies firmware updates. Then you download the firmware from the link you already found, e.g. "VNX Block Operating Environment 05.33.021.5.322". 

USM has a wizard to help you install it.

By the way, there is no HTML5 GUI for VNX.
