Support has out of warranty offerings. They would need to be purchased, but would get you support for your system. If you call, you should be offered a paid support option.

If you visit the Mozilla support page you can find older versions of Firefox to download. Versions 84 and below support flash.

Additionally, you will need to download and install Adobe Flash to be able to connect to your VNXe3200. Some have found it on the Wayback Machine website or through a Reddit search but caution should be taken as users can post links to malicious websites. You should also be aware that installing outdated software poses security risks.

The most up-to-date software version is 3.1.17.10223906 and can be downloaded from the Dell Support Website. Updating to this version will allow you to log in through a browser without flash. Flash should be uninstalled immediately after updating your server to the latest version.

How do you fix it so that the web page can be opened?

Have you followed the steps listed in the KB to see if you can gain access to your system? What error messages are your getting? What is the current OE of your VNXe3200?

Now i can open it, by firefox 80 for flash player; i want to upgrade software 3.1.1.5395470 to latest but can't find it.

If your vnxe3200 is no longer under support, then you will not be able to upgrade the firmware on the system to the latest version. Your VNXe3200 needs a support contract in order to get access to newer firmware versions.
