Unisphere Performance Chart Grayed Out
Hi,
We have some maintenance and three VNX5400 arrays have been powered off during that.
After powering on the storage arrays, Performance Charts are disabled except in Engineering Mode.
UnisphereAnalyzer is installed and already active.
The arrays OE version is: 05.33.009.5.186
Other arrays are 05.33.009.5.231 and the mentioned VNX5400 arrays has same situation in local mode and domain mode.
I've restarted Management Server and SPs as well but the issue is still exists.

Are you logged in as admin? Also, are you using the IP address for each array to access? What java version are you using on your PC?
Try running the naviseccli command (-h is the IP address of SPA on one of the array):
naviseccli -h analyzer -get
This should show the status of Analyzer

Hi,
Yes, I've logged in as Administrator. I've removed arrays from Domain and check it via IP address for each SP.
The problem is as follows:
The charts will be enabled in Engineering Mode only.

Probably should open a case with EMC - they'll need a new set of spvollects to see what the issue is.
There used to be an issue on Unified arrays (with both File and Block) that originally shipped where the use was only File - the Block enabler was not installed and you could not see the Performance statistics. On the original VNX 1 series, the Analyzer enabler was also not shipped on some early units (this was fixed in later releases).
