Unable to view support info for most of my company's VNX devices

I manage several EMC VNX SANs for my company. When I enter their serial nos. in the Dell support site, I can only get info on two of them. All the rest say, "You are not authorized to view this DELL EMC Product."

Is there a solution to this?

I could open a ticket but the ticketing system wants to tie it to a specific product, which wouldn't make sense here. Also, my company does not have a Dell rep. as far as I can tell.

Hello Mattsg2000,

Are you logged in with your emc account when you are trying to access the serial #’s?  if you are then the only other way to check warranty status is to contact a sales rep or open a support case & we can look to see if the system are under warranty.
