Unable to connect to Web management after installing custom certificate
Hello!
We are using VNXe 3150 with firmware ver2.4.2 in production.
I enabled ssh access and uploaded new certificate signed with our domain CA with Web template. I put in certificate same IP and DNS addresses as were in self-signed. Copied new cert to SP and executed:
service@(none) spb:~> svc_custom_cert 39 Successfully installed custom certificate files. service@(none) spb:~> svc_restart_service restart MGMT Found ECOM on spb
After that web management became unavailable. I tried to switch off and on management ethernet interfaces but that didn't bring Web management online.
service@(none) spb:~> telnet localhost 443 Trying ::1... Connected to localhost. Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host.
Connection closes immediately.
Moreover I noticed that these lines appeared after restarting MGMT in dmesg output
[27303746.158363] DUMP (1904): Opening dumpfile |/EMC/C4Core/tools/save_dump.pl ECOM 13343 [27303746.180034] DUMP (2046): Writing out program headers for dump file [27303746.302366] DUMP (2112): Writing out memory segments to dump file [27303785.973039] SoftDog: Unexpected close, not stopping watchdog!
It seems that MGMT can't run successfully, but why? Cert is correct. Also I tried to install self-signed cert with the same result.
So, I can't reboot my storage as there are lots of data on it and can't manage it.
Please guide me to make it working.
