unable to access VNXe3150 SAN interface/dashboard

Since my VNXe3150 has been desupported (Dec2020), i am unable to access it via a web browser (using the IP address).  I am receiving a certificate error (?). I've tried http and https to no avail.

I've tried the work around provided by Dell (concerning Adobe Flash:  https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000182111/unisphere-for-vmax-is-not-access-and-management-of-array-is-lost-after-adobe-flash-eol) but this did not work for me.

Is anyone else having this issue?  Any suggestions on how to access my VNXe3150 SAN?

Responses greatly appreciated.

Thank you...this did not resolve my issue.  I'm still unable to get past the Adobe Flash issue to view the VNX dashboard.  Are there any other solutions?

Hello mgrembowski,

What is your current OE?  There are not any other workarounds for accessing java.

Hello mgrembowski,

What is your current OE that is on your VNX?  You can try to use an older version of windows, however if you have upgraded your VNX OE to the latest then that may not work either.

For anyone who is viewing this post and like me, researched this particular issue, here was worked for me:

Using a Windows 7 computer, install Dells' VNX Launcher (follow steps included here:  https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000019852/vnx1-vnx2-how-to-install-vnx-launcher-that-has-embedded-java-and-firefox-user-correctable)

Hopefully, this helps someone else
