Only java 32-bit is supported.
For Clariion, you need an older version - 1.6.30 is the one that I use.
Also, Chrome stopped supporting java a while back, and FireFox also. For Unity you don't need java.
I use IE 11 with Windows 10 and Java 1.6.30 and 1.8.0_131. I also have the Runtime Parameter set to -XMX1024m for each one.
There is also a packaged Unisphere Client for Windows https://support.emc.com/search?text=DL86683
There is now versions of Unisphere Client for Windows available for download that work on a Windows client running Java 9.
This self-contained Support Tool include a browser and an earlier Java rev. They do not install Java on the client. This means the Windows client doesn’t even have to have Java installed. VNX1, VNX2, and AX4 customers who prefer not to install Java.

Hello Glen
Thank you somuch for your response.
I have installed Java versions (1.6.45, 1.7.79, 1.8.144 both 32bit and 64bit)
Somehow its working for all the devices but the response is very slow.
But I am able to login to the devices now.
Could you please let me know how to set the run time parameter.
I have windows 10, with IE and Firefox installed.
Thanks,

Open the Java Control Panel (in the Control Panel), click on the Java tab, then click View. You should see the Java Runtime Environment Setting. double click in the Runtime Parameters box for each version and input -Xmx1024m. When you've added that to all the field click OK, the Click Apply. Go back into View and see if the values are still there.
