Trouble replacing disks in VNX5300
Unisphere Service Manager isn't letting me replace failed disks because of issues with the SPS. Is there a way to bypass this behavior so I can get the new disks added?

Hello jvondiel,
Is your SPS showing as faulted? If you look at the SPS, what color is the light on your SPS? Also have you tried to reseat the sense cable that connects your SPS to your SP’s?

I'm not sure exactly what the problem was but I updated Unisphere Service Manager and I was able to replace the disks.
