TestBed alert e-mails from our VNX block showing no data

I was wondering if someone could assist me in some troubleshooting. We setup our alerts to go into our e-mail and we have multiple different systems:

Our file side VNX's are showing up with all information as follows(redacted some stuff)

When we do the same settings from our Block side VNX the e-mail only comes in with the following:

"This is the body of the email"

 

It also has a file attached that has the name RSC_Serial Number_event number.xml

When trying to view its full of random characters like its encrypted.
