SMI-S and CIM for Multi Vendor Storage discovery in Service Now (SNOW)

Hello Friends,

We are having different kind of Storage devices in our environment and we are planning to discover all devices from Service NOW CMDB.

Could you someone please let me know the process to do it. Is there any way that i can use single SMI-S provider to add all Storage devices.

I dont think that is possible - from what I know each storage vendor has its own SMI-S provider

Your CMDB vendor Service Now should be able to tell you which storage vendors they support and how to configure them to work with their software
