Slow read spead (Vnxe 3150, 12NL-SAS drive 1,7 Tb, Raid 6)
Hello everyone!
I create 2 Hyper-v Storage on my Vnxe system (10 Gb and 1,999 Tb).
One host (Hyper-v server) connect to Vnxe by 2 Gigabit NIC's. (MPIO)
Reading speed was 180-200 Mb\s, writing 200-220 mb\s
When i create one more storage (1,999 Tb for Hyper-v) reading speed down to 70 mb\s, writing - 110-190 mb\s
I dont undestand whats wrong.
p.s. Sorry for my English

As a general rule most host based (Windows) disk performance benchmark tools are not reliable for checking array based storage. CrystalDiskMark is better suited for a local hard drive on the Windows host. You should try something like IOmeter to test array storage.
Also, if you're using two 1Gb NIC, each NIC can handle about 100MB/sec, so the maximum for two NIC's would be about 200MB/s - that would be for all the storage combined.
