Service mode

Hi Team, 

One of my VNXE3200 is in service mode and having following error led glowing.

1. DPE led glowing amber

2. Disk failure LED amber(3.5 SAS drive)

3. Unable to access spA through ipmi tool but able to access SPB through ipmi tool due spB is primary.

 

1.So pls tell me how can i solve this issue.

2. Can i remove the defective hard drive and then i can do reimage, reinit, in spB.So that without 3 hard drive can i configure the SAN.
