Serial connection is not working in VNX5200
Greetings Everyone,
One of our client is decommissioning four VNX 5200 but they want the data to be transferred since they are not in the network they are using serial connection but they are not able to login attached the image for your reference kindly give a solution for this.

I'd check 1. connection to the second SP, 2. connection setup and then 3. check port on the SP - I saw similar output when the customer connected to the port with battery picture

@AleksandrKurak Are you suggesting the port in VNX itself faulty?.

@ALAN.V It may be management module fault. You can check this connecting another SP in array.
p.s. Is there any fault led?

VNX generation 2 use 115200 baud rate instead of 9600. so pls. use 115200 baud rate
