Restore VNX5300

Hello everyone,
The parent company gave us the VNX 5300 storage system.
We were not given logins / passwords. We were not told the IP addresses.
We never worked with EMC, so we started looking on the Internet for how to reset to factory settings.
Found that it is possible to connect via NaviCLI and use the sc_off command.
The command was applied successfully.
The system asked to add a global account.
But here's the problem:
When adding an account via navicli, the following error appears:

C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\Navisphere CLI>NaviSECCli.exe -h X.X.X.X security -adduser -user emc -password emc -scope global -role administrator -type system
WARNING: You are about to add user: emc

Proceed?(y/n) y
Add user operation failed. Failed to get version information from Control Station. Collect diagnostic data and contact your service provider.Error connecting SSL. Error details: A system call error (errno=10057).

What could be the problem?

As I understand it, I need to update the BO version.
But here's the bad luck, I can't get into Unispehre.
When logging in to the web version of Unisphere from either controller, I am prompted to create a user with global rights, but an error with no description appears.

Is there any other way to get through to VNX? Or update firmware via Serial Port?

Hello iselezkii,

The only way to access an VNX system is using unisphere or unisphere CLI.  You can’t update or make any changes without access the system either via GUI or CLI.
