Problem with vault drives VNX 5100

Hello team , we have a problem with VNX 5100. On our array we have HDU error in slot 0-0-1 , support says - replace drive with p.n.Original P/N 005050344 but isn't available in our country, and sent us alternative P/N 005051955, but this drive don't recognized in array, i thinked that this HDD is DOA. After this, i insert old (failure drive) and system worked withoutproblem, few days, but then again there was an error, i order new drive, and support again sent me alternative drive 005051955, and again this drive not recognized.

P.S .Support says  this "Drive replaced with part number-005051955 and  It is not recognized in storage because drive 0_0_1 is a vault drive and have different part number than other drives."

But EMC logistic talk that this  drive 100 % compatible.

Do you have some some idea ?
