Not stack switch to Stackable switch (EMC unisphere)

Need advice.

We are planning to change the current switch config from NOT STACK switch to STACK ENABLED Switch. Ethernet port of EMC (SPA)  with markings (SP A I/O Module 0 Ethernet Port 0) is connected to SWITCH A and in SWITCH B port this is connected to EMC (SPB) with markings (SP B I/O Module 0 Ethernet Port 0). When we have our switches (SWITCH A and SWITCH B) configured as STACK enabled, is there additional configuration from our EMC? considering that SP A and SP B modules are both active devices..

We need to ENABLE STACKING from both switches since we also have an ACTIVE / PASSIVE EQL Storage.
