New to VNX Had Power Outage now VNX has errors

Hello we had a power outage in the office on Monday due to severe storms in the area. The vnx was shutdown not gracefully. When we powered it backup we now see the VNX has errors and our Vmware web client shows our data-stores as a red circle and unreachable.I logged into the  USM and ran a health check and got the below error. We have down the power down procedure and power up procedures, but still have that issue below.

Rule Description: This rule checks for faulted hardware components on the storage system, which excludes SPs, disks, hot spares and data movers covered in other rules. Result of Rule Check:

The following hardware components are faulted.

FE SFP faulted on SP port 6 - SP A

FE SFP faulted on SP port 6 - SP B

Bus 0 Enclosure 0 SP A I/O Module 1 Port 0 : Faulted (Unsupported SFP)

Bus 0 Enclosure 0 SP B I/O Module 1 Port 0 : Faulted (Unsupported SFP)

Rule Instructions: The Faulted hardware components need to be fixed.

I dont see a nic port labeled port 6. Were is this port located?

IS that port on the DPE ? or the DM? 

 

please excuse my level of information as I have never used a vnx appliance before and I am trying to figure this issues out.
