NetStats report displays zero values
Hi All,
I have File Model: VNX5600, NAS Version: 8.1.9-236.
Recent when we ran the netstats from GUI all the values of netstat (NetStats in-All Combined(KB/sec and NetStats out-All Combined(KB/sec )) shows '0', which is not correct.
Can some one help with the what is wrong here and what needs to be done to get the reports correctly.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Satya.

Hello Satya,
If you right click on the graph, what options are displayed that you can select?

Hi Team,
The right click for exporting data, printing, choosing time interval and selecting stat.
We tried changing intervals but still no help.

Satya.

Hi Team,
I tried from CLI and it was not showing any stats but the error 'server_snmpwalk : error msg : user_name3, The requested lockbox entry could not be found.
So i followed below steps and it worked in CLI but stats are still not showing in GUI.
Followed these steps:
server_snmpd server_2 -user -list
CYZd1LPE06HCbLcEBdvI0R0AGZUUCYd
If hidden users are found, delete each one from DART using following command:
server_snmpd server_2 -user -delete
/nas/sbin/cst_setup -init
/nas/bin/nas_cmd @.server_snmpd server_2 -reconfignetstat
ll /nas/site/cst/csp.clb

Yes, it works correctly.
In CLI it shows stats. Not sure why it is troubling in GUI only for this particular array.
For other partner server it works fine and shows stats.

Satya

Hello Satya,
It would be good for you to open up a support ticket so that we can see why it is not working in the GUI but you can see it via CLI.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
