naviseccli for vnx?
Ive been trying to search all over the site, but it's really difficult to find anything. There are no simple links to stuff like software downloads that I can find. Ive tried navigating through the vnx tree, through the product tree and other trees under support, but I cannot find it anywhere. This is for Linux, not windows.

just search for "Navisphere secure CLI" and restrict results to "Support Tools"
sort by date to find the latest version which seems to be from September 2016
or even "Navisphere CLI Linux"
the trick is to leave out the secure - there is no non-secure any longer
P.S.: it wont help you without vault drives

Is your account linked to a site ID ?
support tools might not be visible to guest accounts that arent linked to a site

you should be able to tell from the details of your account on support.emc.com
if you dont have a support contract with EMC I would suggest to ask the 3rd party vendor
