Navi Error , Access Denied....

Hello

I connect to my Unispheres Server by web directly....

the certificate time ended after 5 years, and after that we saw  "Navi Error..." 

and we couldn't connect directly by web... after 2 day we see : "This page can’t be displayed"

please help to solve this problem permanently....
