Ist it possible to expire VNX D@RE Keys and generate news

We have a customer who needs to encrypt sensitive data on his VNX Arrays, he is actually using PowerPath Encryption and RSA Appliances, he has told us he need to regenerate his keys once a year for compliance, he said that today this "re-keying" is a difficult procedure and wants to change to a DARE encryption.

Is it possible to regenerate keys using VNX Data at Rest Encryption?

Is it possible to make a key valid for a certain period of time, and then asked the actual key in order to regenerate the keys?
