is there anyone know part no. of 200GB SSD SAS 6Gb/s MLC 2.5in Disk VNX5200?

I really confused when trying to find part number of VNX5200. I'm not quite sure which storage is MLC in the storage disk list of EMC. There are flash 2, 3 and 3 but not mention about MLC.
