How find this problem" initiators that may not be connected to a storage group"
hi everyone
I faced to this error "The following hosts have initiators that may not be connected to a storage group. These HBAs are not able to access LUNs that belong to their server"
If i follow " Manually register the initiator or stop I/O from the server and remove/re-add it to the storage group" could my hosts have a problems?
please direct me step by step

Hello,
Your post includes no information about the system or configuration. I would have to recommend contacting phone support, so they can remote in with you to look at the issue. You may also consider looking at the product manuals for your system.

I can send some picture of configuration,
I thinck, I have 2 initiator, but some it's not working, i thinck, i don't have experience on this device, It configured for 6 years ago. but I have access to all of configuration, I know how it's work but I couldn't troubleshooting ,

I do not use WhatsApp and haven't heard of Telegram. Images can be uploaded to the community, however. Dell does have a WhatsApp support group, but I'm not sure how to reach them. I can look into it if you would like, but I would expect that they would require the system to be in-warranty for support.
EDIT: With this being VNX, I'm not confident that WhatsApp support is available. However, if you go to dell.com/support and enter your service tag, you'll find a Contact Us option. It will contain all the ways to reach support, including a WhatsApp QR code.
