Hello HassanWaheed,
What steps did you follow when you powered your system down and then powered back up?

i had the storage box shut down, used the halted command, then i removed the power cables from the CS and then pluged back in after some time.
Then the slot 2 and 3 were powered off, used below commands to reset:
/nasmcd/sbin/t2reset pwron -s 2
/nasmcd/sbin/t2reset pwron -s 3
the storage box is in this condition since then.
Thank You

i can access both the control station, not looking to reboot or fail back. the issue is, slot_2 and Slot_3 are showing as configured, they should be contacted.
Correct me if i am wrong.

Thank You Sam. Just one more thing:
I need to see the disks count, like how many disks are installed and which ones are NLSAS and which are SAS!
Plus, I need to see what is the raw space and what is the usable space.
and lastly, I need to completely wipe off the data in the storage and factory reset it to default.
Think you can help me with this?
Thank You
Hassan Waheed
