Hard reboot storage processor?
Our VNXe1600 started throwing faults the other day. All of them cleared up except now Unisphere shows the DPE as faulted due to SP A's I/O module not reporting. When I go into the service page, all buttons under SP A actions are greyed out. I'm trying to figure out the next course of action here. I would assume since SP B is currently primary, just reboot A, but I don't see a recessed button or anything on the back of it. I did see mention on a subreddit about just removing and re-seating the bad SP, but I'm not about to do that without proof that it's a hot-swappable part.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm an infosec guy who got stuck with a production SAN.

I would suggest to open a service request to have customer service check whats exactly at fault based on a collect support materials and get their advice
