Generic iSCSI storage says full on VNXE3250
on Unisphere is says Generic iSCSI storage is 99% full.
But in vSphere I see that there is much more free space. Which is right?

your first picture is the total capacity of the system
the second picture is about one ISCI based data store from the VMware point of view.
Plus the VNXe - like any other block storage - just provides block to the client.
It cannot know which of these blocks the client file system considers used vs. free
