Generate Report Listing File Creation & Last Access Dates

Question

Would like to generate a report that lists the the file creation and last access date for files in file systems on a CIFS server running on a VNX. I have come across some tools (CTA, etc...) that might help but I don't currently have access to these tools. Is there a way to generate a report that will provide this information?

any freeware of commercial tool that generates a directory listing will work - starting with a simple dir or ls -lR
