Faulted device NX4-5

Hi,

We've replaced both PSU as well as the failed HDD but the device is still faulted. Device is Celera NX4-5.  Any ideas what would be next step?

I'm concerned now that there is no longer a hot spare available on this device, so if another drive fails we will be at risk for data loss. Also we are unable to access the storage processors and we are receiving the following errors:


Storage system management software can no longer manage the other storage processor in this storage system, as show below. This does not affect server I/O to the storage system. Verify that the peer is still connected to the network. If the problem persists, contact your service provider.
