EMC VNX 5400 nbsnas getting 92% Full

Question

Hey Guys,

Recently the VNX 5400 Unisphere start showing the error: dskMon[110410]: FS /dev/nde1 mounted on /nbsnas filling up (at 92%, max 90%) (attached Screenshots).

We have tried to clean up the /nbsnas folder by deleting the logs files (we have used the procedure describing in the following link: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/469972), however, the issue still occurring.

We have also noticed that the free space of /nbsnas doesn't change even after removing the logs.

Could you please guys take a look at the issue, and suggest solutions/workarounds?

Thank you for your reply, it looks like we still have the issue, even after we have executed the procedure that you have shared.
The next step is gonna be contacting DELL EMC support as you have suggested.
