Delete and recreate a new VCenter Server

I have a VNXe3200 set up to serve NFS data-stores to 3 ESXi hosts. I need to delete my VCenter Server and install a new one from scratch. My question is how will this effect my already in production Hosts and Shares? If i delete the old Vcenter Server from Unisphere, will that cause my NFS shares to go offline for my hosts? I tried EMC support, but for some reason, they kept referring to VASA and how to replace a certificate. I'm looking to replace a VCSA (VCenter Server Appliance). Thanks.
