Cross forest nas migration tools

HI folks,

Any suggestions on cross forest, cross domain migration of CIFS shares, particularly looking for ability to map source AD NAS (VNX) to a separate forest/domain and try to either export out SIDS/Perms or on a long shot be able to migrate.  Not looking so much for the fundamentals of migrations, rather a tool that can help with cross domain migrations.
