cifs share validation for third party tool
I am trying to add storage X admin account into CIFS share. how to get permission for this migration tool into CIFS share?

what do you mean ? Use Windows MMC to connect to the CIFS server and modify share permissions.

A CIFS share isnt associated with an account - so you cannot add an account to a share
what you could do:
ALL of these 3 operation are done from a Windows client
