Certificate has invalid date, Network Error: Software caused connection abort,

Hi everyone,

First of all, I am having an issue where I logged in to our main EMC VNC5600 primary storage, it shows me some error
1. The system can not be managed for the following reasons. Certificate has invalid date. This shows our secondary server.
For this, I followed some tutorials by changing the date to where certificate of the server was still valid and I managed to logged-in. However, since the CA certificate has expired, I cannot do much and most of the configuration menus are grayed out.

2. An error occurred during the login process. This may be because:

    - Certificates are not accepted

    - Both storage processors or the control station are not accessible

    - you have logged in to a file or block system using a local user account not defined on both the file

      block system.

For this, I have been looking for solutions but still no luck till now.

3. I tried to access to the server through SSH to renew the CA certificate, but there is an error when I already put the IP address on putty, then press enter, it appeared like this: Network error: software caused connection abort.

For this, I been looking for different references, but still come with no positive results.

Anyone out there who have ever experienced these problems before and know how to solve it, please share it me. Our institutions just in the process to obtain contract of technical support from Dell but in the mean time I am really looking forward for your help.

Regards.
